Scholarships

There are a range of scholarship and fellowships available to chemistry and biochemistry majors, each with its own eligibility requirements. Things that may be considered include, but are not limited to:
academic performance (ie, GPA)

  • Involvement in research
  • Number of credit hours taken at UT
  • Number of credit hours taken each semester
  • Leadership experience
  • Financial need

During the Spring semester, scholarship applications are available at the Undergraduate Course Office in Welch, 2.212. All majors are encouraged to apply, and will be considered for all scholarships for which they are eligible. The College of Natural Sciences and the university’s Office of Student Financial Services can provide you with additional resources.
