Nuclear Magnetic Resonance:

The nuclear magnetic resonance facility in Welch Hall provides services and training to the students and faculty of the University of Texas at Austin.

Instrument Training:
Spectrometer training is provided by request. Training and/or check-out on the Varian Unity+ 300, or Varian Mercury 400 may be requested by using the sign-up form available from Jim Wallin in Welch 1.412. All other requests should be directed to Ben Shoulders in Welch 1.412, or at benshoulders@mail.utexas.edu.

NMR Equipment:
The NMR laboratory includes five spectrometers. There are two Varian INOVA 500s, two Varian UNITY+ 300s, and a Varian MERCURY 400. More information about each is available on the NMR Web Site.
